'West Ham have no time to waste' - Jürgen Klopp

'West Ham have no time to waste' - Jürgen Klopp, Klopp expecting a tough game

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has confirmed his side will be taking the game against West Ham seriously.

Klopp believes West Ham will be coming all out for a win and his side must be prepared to fight and get a win also.

Liverpool who are already 16 points clear at the top of the league table will get a chance to increase the point to 19 if they get a win against West Ham meaning the Champions League winner might just have won the league.

Speaking on Tuesday ahead of the game later tonight Klopp said: 'West Ham fight for the league and that is what it looks like, a big fight,' he said.

'Four or five at the back, different possibilities but we have to be ready. They have no time to waste.'

'It will be a tough one. We can do what we have to do. Fight, set the intensity level.'

'We have to do smart things with possession as well. They have counter-attacking threats. It’ll be tough but that’s what the Premier League is about.'

Klopp also confirms Sadio Mane won't be available for the game as he has a muscle tear and will be sidelined for three games.

'Sadio will not be involved for West Ham and probably not Southampton, after that he will be back on track,' Klopp said

'He has a small muscle tear which is serious enough. We were lucky with it though as it wasn’t too serious. He’s out for three games.'
