Antonio Conte Apologize to Match Officials

Antonio Conte (Chelsea Manager) has revealed he has apologized to match officials for this attitude during yesterday clash with Swansea after he was sent to the stands in a match in which Chelsea won by a goal to nil.

Conte was sent off by Neil Swarbrick due to several shouting with the fourth official Lee Mason on the touchline and the Italian claim that Swansea city players were deliberately trying to slow the game down.

The Chelsea manager admitted after the game that he had made a mistake in the heat of the moment, though this is his first time he was sent to the stands in the Premier League.

"I didn't see the situation change and I was frustrated with the fourth official. For this reason, I have to apologize to him and the referee. In that moment, I was angry but I know that it is right to apologize to them.

"Is it fair, I don't know, but I know that the referee took this decision and for this reason, we have accepted and respect his decision.

"It is not simple, sometimes during the game, there is a lot of frustration but at the same time, I think you can make a mistake and I did this.

"Our job is not simple. Our job is to stay on the touchline and to suffer with your players. You can't play and for this reason, it is difficult to sometimes keep calm".

Antonio Rudiger was the hero of the night as he grabbed the only goal of the game.

What's your thought on Conte sent off?
