Kean completed his move to Everton on Sunday and started training with the squad on monday. Kean target is to be fit and ready for Everton's first game of the season against Crystal Palace this weekend.

In a kind gesture, Everton fans launched a crowdfunding platform for a banner condemning racism and support for Kean, and in 24 hours they were able to raised more than £1,000.

We could recall, Kean was a target of recial abuse by Cagliari fans last season while playing for Juventus.

'Fans should be repaid on the pitch and I want to play the best I can for them.'

Kean also spoke about the kind gesture of Everton's director of football Marcel Brands for gifting his mother Isabel an Everton shirt.

'It has been a very emotional time, it was a great gesture [from Brands] and I've felt at home straight away,.' He added

'The team is a family and I'm very, very happy and feeling very well.'

'The staff is very good, the team is exceptional. They've welcomed me as a companion and I'm very grateful. I'm going to repay them by giving 100 per cent.'

'Everton is looking to the future and so am I, so I see myself in this team. I like to help my teammates, always giving 100 per cent to reach our targets.'
